Almond / Coconut milk

Cinnamon

Maple syrup

SoulBee Honey Flakes and/or SoulBee Honey Powder

Greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS
- Pour one cup steel cut oats into a jar
- Mix with 1 + 3/4 cup almond or coconut milk
- Add in 1/2 tsp. cinnamon + a dallop of maple syrup + SoulBee Honey Flakes or Powder.
- Cover + store in refrigerator overnight
- Heat or eat cold in the AM
- 1/ 3 cup greek yogurt
